Bern nadette Stanis successfully established a name in Hollywood when she played the role of Thelma Evans on the popular 1970s sitcom Good Times. She made a mark as the only daughter of her on-screen parents Florida and James Evans Sr. Since then, no one has been able to forget the name, Thelma Evans. In fact, she has promoted this role a number of times. One is on the TV One network promotion in 2009 and the second is for the “Battle of the Thelmas,” alongside Anna Maria Horsford.

However, aside from acting, Stanis also gets credits for being a great author. She is the one behind the success of the books, Situations 101: Relationships, The Good, The Bad & The UglyFor Men OnlySituations 101: Finances; and The Last Night. It looks like there is so much Stanis can offer, proving her role as a quick-witted Thelma is not only on screen but also in real life.
