For his introduction to the art of acting, a portion of the credit undoubtedly goes to his siblings. Throughout childhood, Nicholas Hoult often accompanied his sisters to acting classes and auditions. By the time he was five years old, he had started performing for a couple of auditions, too. Well, thanks to that, he started his career as a stage actor, performing for productions such as Silent Witness, Doctors, and Judge John Deed.

By seven years old, he made his way to films, debuting in 1996’s Intimate Relations. After garnering quite the attention with his performance from 2002’s About a Boy, the actor has since become most known for his work in the X-Men franchise, Mad Max: Fury Road, and Warm Bodies. Outside the acting business, Hoult mostly dabbles in philanthropic endeavors, which has allowed him to visit many countries around the world. Goes to show that even outside of the small and big screens, this actor really loves to put a smile on people’s faces.
