Rihanna | $1.7 Billion

Rihanna was discovered by American record producer Evan Rogers and invited her to the US to record some demo tapes. Eventually, she signed with Def Jams back in 2005 and soon gained recognition with the release of her first two studio albums, A Girl Like Me and Music of the Sun, in which both were influenced by Caribbean music, and peaked within the top ten of the US Billboard 200 chart. In her third album, she incorporated elements of dance-pop, with the single Umbrella earned Rihanna her first Grammy Award and catapulted her status to global stardom.

Besides her musical profession, the award-winning musician also ventured into business investments, which include her company Fenty, a line of beauty products launched in 2017 that garnered widespread acclaim for its wide and inclusive range of colors. In its first month, Fenty made $72 million and became a powerhouse, which resulted in the collaboration of the luxury giant LVMH. Now, the company is worth $3 billion and raises Rihanna’s net worth to $1.7 billion.
