At a young age, creativity and poetry had been overflowing from Kanye West’s artistic mind. At the age of 7, he had already been rehearsing his bars and had opened up to his mother that he wanted to be a musician when he grew up. At 20 years old, he bailed from pursuing a college degree and went out to pursue a career in music with the support of his mother. He started out producing records for small-time artists before meeting Jay-Z. The duo produced West’s The Blueprint later on. Since the release of the said album, he became recognized in the industry and had collaborations with huge names, such as Ludacris, Janet Jackson and Alicia Keys, among others. Eventually, West would find much greater fame in rapping.

The producer-rapper has expressed an interest in bitcoin since 2018. In an interview, West was drawn to cryptocurrency when he saw Harriet Tubman’s face on a $20 bill.
