Jake Hoffman | Dustin Hoffman’s Son | Actor & Director

Jake Hoffman is the son of actor Dustin Hoffman. By the looks of it, he seemed to have followed in his father’s footsteps. Jake studied at NYU film school and graduated in 2003. He then made his first major acting role in the 2006 movie Click. Soon after, more and more projects started piling, starting with a minor role in the TV series Luck, where his father played the lead. Jake’s next big part was in the 2014 movie The Wolf of Wall Street, where he played fashion designer Steve Madden.

On the other hand, he made his directorial debut in 2014, with the release of his movie Asthma. Other films, TV series, and music videos to his credit include The Irishman, Arrested Development, Undeclared, and Californication. Outside of major feature-lengths, Jake directed and wrote music videos as well as short films. Currently, he stars as music executive Steve Rifkind in the Hulu TV series Wu-Tang: An American Saga.
