Cameron Douglas | Michael Douglas’ Son | Actor
Another son of one of Hollywood’s most prominent actors is Cameron Douglas. He came from a proficient family of artists that includes Kirk Douglas, Michael Douglas (his father), and Catherine Zeta-Jones. Cameron began his career as a DJ before going on to earn several high-profile Hollywood credit roles, such as in Jackie Chan’s 1997 epic martial arts film Mr. Nice Guy. However, his first leading role was in Adam & Eve, a college comedy from the successful National Lampoon series, which was quickly followed by a supporting role in the 2008 action film Loaded.
In 2018, Cameron returned to the screen after a long hiatus to lead the cast in the critically-acclaimed independent short Dead Layer. The film, directed by Carter Winter and Aleksey Reznikov, stars Cameron as a down-and-out NYC graffiti artist in a crime-fueled caper, which is set to revive his acting career and bring him back into the spotlight.
