Dustin Hoffman and Lisa Gottsegen’s second child, Rebecca Hoffman, was born on March 17, 1983. Rebecca Hoffman began her career as a model before moving into the entertainment industry. Fortunately for her, one of her first roles was in the 1991 film Hook with her father. It was a family affair, as her younger brother Jake made a cameo appearance in the film. In addition to her credit, she landed a role as Barbarina in the television film Le Nozze di Figaro in 1996.

Rebecca quit performing after that and concentrated on her studies instead. She attended Barnard College in New York City after studying in Berlin, Germany, until 2004. Rebecca may have had an interest in acting in the past, but her goals have since changed. Despite the spotlight burning brightly on her family, she retains a private life.
